Honored to be an Advanced Pranakriya yoga teacher, Pam's classes are infused with a joy for people, movement and energy that is palpable. As an accomplished veteran Group Fitness Leader and the current Director of Programming for Evolutions Annapolis, she brings a background rich in knowledge, experience and a dedication to wellness. Pam wholeheartedly believes the more we fully inhabit our bodies, claim the mystery inside and practice objective self-observation; the more fully alive we will feel, radiating health, wellness and authenticity.
We will gather on the roof of the garage across the street to participate an all-level outdoor yoga practice led by instructor Pam Blum. Lite breakfast will be served (participants only) at Whole Foods Market, Culinary Center from 10:30am-11:30am. Please park on the 3rd and 4th floor, event will be held on the 5th floor (aka Rooftop). REFUND POLICY: A full refund can be issued if requested AT LEAST 48-HOURS prior to class. Under no circumstances will a transfer of funds or refund be issued without 48-hours’ notice; no exceptions. However, we will accept a name transfer if you would like to fill your slot for the class with a friend, family member or colleague.
